Service Description

This package includes 3 services: Finding your Next Home, Relocation Consultation, and Ongoing WhatsApp Support. Our pricing is straightforward, whether you attend viewings in person or remotely. Based on the advertised rent, we charge the equivalent of three weeks' rent for the property for which you're signing the tenancy agreement. This covers up to five viewings, with a minimum charge of £1,900 and a maximum charge of £2,900. *If a property is located outside London, there is an additional travel charge of £4 per driving mile (one way only). Need more than five viewings? While it typically takes up to five viewings to secure a property, our fee is £380 per viewing if you require additional viewings. Payment Plan: To ensure a prompt and dedicated commencement to start the service, we will charge a £1,000 retainer now, which will be credited towards the overall cost. *If you cancel a viewing up to 90 minutes before the booked viewing time, it will be considered as a viewed property.
